My student wants a lesson today. How can we book this in the system?

Students can see booking slots from 24 hours ahead of the current time. This gives you sufficient time to see the booking and prepare.

Your students might contact you at short notice and ask if you're available for a lesson. In this situation, there is still a way to add the booking. Here's how:

Tell the student this: As you can only book times at least 24h ahead, please book a lesson for any other time on my calendar, then I'll be able to reschedule it to the desired time.

Once the student has booked, you can reschedule it to the current day (as you can access the current day whilst students cannot).

Tip: to avoid any misunderstandings, check what time zone the student is referring to when they ask for the lesson.
