How can sessions be cancelled and rescheduled?

Go to Lessons in your account and you'll see a list of your upcoming lessons, as well as the buttons for cancelling and rescheduling. If you need to reschedule a lesson, make sure you've agreed the new time with the student before rescheduling in the system.

If a student asks how they can cancel/reschedule, you can tell them: please go to the My Lessons tab in your account and you will see the cancel and reschedule buttons.

Note that if it is less than 24 hours before the session, the student will not be able to reschedule/cancel themselves. Therefore, if you wish to make an exception and allow a late change to be made, you'll need to make this change yourself.
