What should I do if I can't give a lesson?
As long as your calendar is up to date and synced with any other sites you work on, you should rarely have situations where students' bookings need to be cancelled. When this does occur, please cancel the session yourself rather asking the student to do it. Remember to apologise for the inconvenience and encourage the student to book a new time.
What should I do if a student asks a question I don't know the answer to?
We have answers to almost every possible question in our student FAQs so you can check there or send the link to the student. If an answer still cannot be found, the student can contact us.
