If a student buys a lesson pack but does not take all the lessons, will I get paid for them?

We can only send you earnings for lessons that you actually give. There are several reasons why students do not always take all the lessons they purchase. For example, they may request a refund or ask to change to another tutor (either because they are not satisfied with the lessons or because their current tutor does not have availability). In addition, if we were to pay tutors for lessons they have not taught, it would mean that tutors could make themselves unavailable and get paid for doing nothing.
