How do I reschedule or cancel a lesson?

After you log in, under My Lessons, you will see a list of your upcoming lessons. Click on Reschedule or Cancel, and confirm.

Please note that lessons can only be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the lesson time. We have this policy to be fair to tutors, who cannot replace lessons at the last minute and need some form of income protection.

If you realise you cannot attend a lesson at the last minute, we encourage you to contact your tutor to let them know. You can do this by replying to any booking email. Search 'LanguaTalk' to find one in your email account.
