When booking, why am I being taken to a payment page even though I've already bought lessons?

There are two reasons why this could happen:

1) You bought lessons with another tutor. If you want to use your balance with a new tutor, please see here.

2) You're not logged in, in which case, you need to...log in. Once you've done this, navigate to My Tutors and you should be able to use your existing balance to book with your tutor.
