I'm unable to access my subscription / My account seems to be blocked from sending messages

We occasionally hear from users who are frustrated because their account is restricted from sending more than a few messages.

Typically, what has happened is they've accidentally created 2 accounts, and they're logged into the one that does not have a Pro subscription.

So, if you're seeing a message about a weekly limit, it almost certainly means you have created a 2nd (free) account and need to log out (via Settings in the app, or via the menu if on the website), then switch to your Pro account.

Before you log out, under My Information in Settings, check what email it shows. Once you've logged out, try a different email if you have one. Sometimes people instead simply create a Pro account with a typo in their email, and we need to do some sleuthing to help them find it.

Another possibility is you created one account via the Google or Apple Sign Up buttons. So you may want to test logging in with one of those, versus logging in with your email and password.

Please contact us confirming you've tried all of the above if you still cannot find your Pro account. If you tell us your email addresses and whether you signed up on the website or app, we can search for a subscription.

**Update Nov 20th: Sign In with Apple issues - We recently transferred our app to a new Apple Developer account. Despite following Apple's instructions, some users who use ‘Sign In with Apple’ were logged out and had new accounts created -  meaning they lost access to their Pro plan. We were shocked by this as the problem was completely hidden by Apple.

We managed to migrate most accounts,  but if you're still experiencing issues, please contact us and we'll sort it out for you personally. Important: Please contact us from your actual email address as we often find that when we reply to Apple ID emails, it bounces and we are unable to communicate with the customer. Before you message us, please see if you can find the Order ID from your receipt from Apple, and if you can check the email that shows in your new (free) account under Settings > My Info in the app, as well as tell us your surname, that may also help us track your account down.
