I missed my lesson. Can I reschedule it?

If you do not turn up to a lesson, unfortunately you cannot get it back. This is because it is your responsibility to turn up to lessons and your tutor will not be able to quickly find another student for the time allocated. Therefore, they still need to be paid for their time.

We ask tutors to wait for 15 minutes if you do not turn up, in case you are running late. They may leave their laptop and assume you are not going to turn up if they don't hear from you during this period. Note: if you've booked a free trial session, they'll likely wait a lot less than 15 minutes.
