How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password and cannot login:

1. Click Log In.
2. Click 'Forgot Your Password? on the Login page (below 'Your Password')
3. Enter your email and you'll receive a link to reset your password.

If you then cannot see the email from us for resetting your password, check your hidden email folders. 

If you still cannot find it, it may be that you used a different email for your account, or made a typo when creating your account. You can contact us via the help button in the bottom-right corner of your screen, mentioning the name of your tutor and the language you're learning, and we'll check for you.
